本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、irodori apps（以下「当社」）が提供する「くう」アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、ファスティング（断食）の記録・管理をサポートするツールです。準備食・断食・回復食の3フェーズ管理、食事記録、水分補給記録、まごわやさしいチェックリスト、統計データの表示などの機能を提供します。
本アプリは医療アドバイスを提供するものではありません。本アプリの情報は一般的な健康情報として提供されるものであり、医師、栄養士、その他の医療専門家のアドバイスに代わるものではありません。
ファスティングを始める前に、必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。妊娠中、授乳中、持病をお持ちの方、または薬を服用中の方は、本アプリの使用前に医師にご相談ください。
本アプリに表示されるオートファジーや断食ゾーンに関する情報は、一般的な研究に基づくものであり、個人差があります。
本アプリは無料機能とプレミアム機能を提供しています。プレミアム機能は、Apple の App Store を通じたサブスクリプションまたは買い切りで購入できます。
本アプリのコンテンツ（テキスト、デザイン、アイコン、コード）に関するすべての知的財産権は当社に帰属します。
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。当社は、本アプリの正確性、完全性、または特定目的への適合性について、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの使用により生じたいかなる損害についても、当社は責任を負いません。
当社は、本規約を随時変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。

Service: The App is a fasting tracking and management tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
Medical Disclaimer: Consult a healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen. The App's information about autophagy, fasting zones, and dietary guidance is general in nature and individual results may vary.
Subscriptions: Premium features are available via Apple App Store subscriptions or one-time purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Disclaimer: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
