irodori apps（以下「当社」）は、「くう」アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくお客様のプライバシーを大切にしています。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについてご説明いたします。
本アプリは、以下のデータをお客様のデバイス上に保存します。
お客様がヘルスケア連携を有効にした場合、本アプリは以下のデータにアクセスします。
ヘルスケアデータは Apple HealthKit を通じてのみアクセスされ、当社のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
すべてのデータはお客様のデバイス上およびお客様のiCloudアカウントに保存されます。当社はサーバーを運営しておらず、お客様のデータを収集・保存・送信することはありません。
当社はお客様の個人情報を第三者に販売、共有、または提供することはありません。本アプリには広告も含まれていません。
本アプリは、サードパーティの分析ツールやトラッキングツールを使用していません。
本アプリのプレミアム機能は、Apple の App Store を通じて購入できます。決済処理はすべて Apple が行い、当社がお客様の決済情報にアクセスすることはありません。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページにて更新いたします。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせいたします。

irodori apps ("we") respects the privacy of users of the "Kuu" app ("the App"). This policy explains how we handle your data.
Data Collection: All data (fasting sessions, meal logs, hydration logs, checklist data, and settings) is stored locally on your device and in your iCloud account. We do not operate servers and do not collect, store, or transmit your data.
HealthKit: If you enable HealthKit integration, the App reads weight data and writes mindfulness sessions. HealthKit data is never sent to our servers.
Third Parties: We do not sell, share, or provide your personal information to third parties. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking tools.
In-App Purchases: Premium features are purchased through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not access your payment information.
Children: The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
